West Berkshire is a large semi-rural area, spreading from Newbury out towards Calcot and Tilehurst. It is an area which offers outstandingly beautiful countryside and thriving market towns, with a mix of rural and urban living. Newbury and its surrounding areas have something for everyone: a vibrant cultural, shopping and entertainment hub surrounded by the natural world.
Geographically, we are at the strategic crossroads of Southern England, making us easily commutable across the region. We sit at the crossroads of two key roads: the M4 and A34, thus offering quick access and good transport links across southern England, with London, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bristol, Oxford and Swindon all within an hours’ drive.
