Competitive pay

  • Social Worker up to £47,418 (including a market supplement of £6k)
  • Senior Social Worker up to £50,441 (including a market supplement of 5k)
  • Assistant Team Manager up to £51,420 (including a market supplement of 4k)
  • Team Managers up to £60,449 (including a market supplement of 3k)

For social workers in our Contact Advice and Assessment Service, Family Safeguarding Teams and Children with Disabilities Team we also offer a generous recruitment and retention package including:

  • A golden hello payment of £3k after one year in post.
  • A retention payment of £2k after two years of service.
  • A further retention payment of £3k, plus a four week paid sabbatical after three years’ service.
